How to style Spanx leggings - 5 ways

I first purchased my Spanx leggings from Spanx in February of 2019. I’m 5’2” and after reading a ton of reviews, I decided to go with the faux leather Moto leggings in the small petite. Shipping is free when you spend that much on a pair of leggings.

I loved it so much, I decided to splurge again during the 2019 Nordstrom anniversary sale and got me a pair of the faux leather leggings in plain black in the XS regular. Don’t do it! Stick to one size bigger and if you’re 5’4” or shorter, stick to the petites. Believe me, the hype of it sucking you in is real. These are the best leggings that hold your jiggles in place without having them shake when you walk past someone. Haha! The reason I’d say to sticking to one size bigger is because the material stretches out and the faux leather starts to separate. Yeah, you don’t want that. Also, the moto rivets starts to leave indentations in your legs and you don’t want to stop circulation in your legs right? Also, if you’re shorter than 5’4” stick to the petites because rolling up your leggings is different than rolling up your jeans. It just doesn’t look good.

When to buy these leggings? During the Nordstrom Anniversary sale. I’ve seen them mark them down to as low as $65 with free shipping. If you need them now, I’d get them from the spanx website. The best part of the Nordstrom Anniversary sale is that when your sizes are out of stock, Spanx has honored the price on their website. This is true for this year (2020), but may change next year…who knows, but the sales associates at Nordstrom and Spanx are some of the most kindest people you’ll ever meet on the phone. They are very helpful in accommodating their customers in finding the right size and best deals.
